What is Dance Fitness?
A type of exercise that involves a blend of dance and aerobics. It combines dance styles such as hip hop, salsa, jazz, and other traditional cardiovascular exercises such as jumping jacks, lunges, and squats. The objective of dance fitness is to increase cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, and muscle strength while having fun dancing to the rhythm of the music.
Typically classes are guided by an instructor who leads a group of students through a series of dance routines.


Why Boogie Nights?
At Boogie Nights we believe that working out isn’t just about results. Exercise is so much more. Dance promotes better mental health. Its a fantastic way to socialize and get involved in the community!
This is your class, this means you can take everything at your own pace. Reaching out of your comfort zone is encouraged however this class is all about you and you can push yourself to whatever limits you prefer.

Can I Just Try It First?
Absolutely! We offer drop-in options for all classes. Drop in anytime, with our Trial Class for just $17 

What to Wear?
We recommend comfortable workout clothes e.g leggings and a tank top or T-shirt. Something breathable as it's gonna get sweaty! Don’t forget your runners. 

What to Bring?
A bottle of water and an open mind! Dance fitness can be a lot of fun if you let it! Don’t be afraid to let loose and enjoy your workout. 

Suitable for Beginners?
No experience is needed to boogie with us. Classes are designed with you in mind. Therefore you can take the class at your own pace, don’t want to jump, you don’t have to! If you prefer a low-impact class that’s absolutely your choice. Choreography is broken down and steadily built up. You make your workout as challenging as you want.

What Sort of Themes Are There?
Here at Boogie Nights, we love a theme. That’s what makes us stand out against other dance fitness classes. Every week you are guaranteed a new theme with fresh moves. That way it never gets boring, the best workout around! Themes include Burlesque, 80’s, Hip Hop, Musicals, and many more. Check out our socials for more theme info!
